This highly visible position assumes all daily operating responsibilities for Branch Credit in the absence of Credit Manager. It will require you to interface with the public as well as all levels of management in a cross-functional environment. In addition to analyzing accounts, creating and analyzing credit data, interfacing with collection agencies, creating bad debt projections, and ultimately making sound credit decisions, you will also be responsible for the general performance and morale of subordinates in a non-union environment. This will include coaching non-exempt associates, writing and administering performance appraisals, and creating Production Summaries (Staff/Report Audits). A self-starter is definitely in demand in this environment!
A Bachelor's degree with 2 - 4 years of Credit/Collection supervisory experience is required. Must be flexible to work over 8 hours and unscheduled weekends.
